Mindset and Introduction to Exercise

Gentle introduction to basic functional exercises, focusing on building initial comfort and confidence.

Meet Our Team

RocketFit engages a diverse range of trainers who coach and specialise in all areas of Health, Wellbeing, and fitness such as Flexibility, Fat loss, Strength and endurance training, metabolic conditioning, nutrition advice and the soft (but hard to do) skills of developing a Growth Mindset and Building Confidence.

Daniel Neil

Daniel is an experienced Health, Wellbeing, Fitness and Leadership coach who specialises in delivering sessions on Mindset, Confidence, Stress Management and Building Resilience with over 16 years’ experience in this field. He is a Level 3 Fitness trainer with specialisms in nutrition, training the older person and the design and delivery group training sessions. Daniel is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and change their lifestyle for the better, particularly those have lacked the confidence to start their fitness journey. He enjoys time in the outdoors with his two Working Cocker Spaniels, fitness training, football, surfing – albeit badly, Art and motorcycling.
